ERYX Blades products are intended only for lawful purposes, including collecting, outdoor activities, everyday carry where permitted, and general utility. Our products must never be used for unlawful purposes or to intentionally harm another person.

2. Products & Handcrafted Variations

We make every reasonable effort to accurately display and describe our products, including their materials, dimensions, specifications, and appearance.

Because many ERYX Blades knives are hand-finished and may incorporate natural materials, minor variations in color, pattern, texture, dimensions, weight, or finish are normal and are part of what makes each knife unique.

Such natural or handcrafted variations are not considered defects when they do not materially affect the product's function or quality.

3. Orders, Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in the currency shown on our website or at checkout and may change without notice.

Payment must be successfully completed before an order is processed.

We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases of product unavailability, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions, or legal restrictions affecting the sale or delivery of the product.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the applicable payment will be refunded.

4. Shipping & Delivery

ERYX Blades offers shipping to destinations available at checkout. Shipping availability may depend on local laws, import regulations, and carrier restrictions.

Processing times, estimated delivery times, tracking, customs information, delayed or lost shipments, and other delivery matters are governed by our Shipping Policy.

By providing a shipping address, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you are legally permitted to receive the products ordered at that destination.

Eligible purchases may be returned in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Our Return & Refund Policy explains the applicable return period, product condition requirements, return shipping costs, processing fees, defective or damaged products, exchanges, and refund timing.

6. Product Warranty

ERYX Blades stands behind the quality of our craftsmanship.

Our knives are covered against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for one year from the original purchase date.

If a covered defect is confirmed, ERYX Blades may, as appropriate, repair the product, replace it, issue a refund, or provide another reasonable solution.

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear, scratches, patina, or cosmetic changes resulting from use;

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, or improper storage;

• Improper sharpening or maintenance;

• Unauthorized modification, alteration, repair, or disassembly;

• Damage caused by using the knife for purposes for which it was not intended;

• Lost or stolen products.

7. Safe & Responsible Use

Knives are inherently sharp tools and may cause serious injury if used or handled improperly.

By purchasing or using an ERYX Blades product, you agree to use, store, transport, and maintain it responsibly and in accordance with applicable law.

Always exercise appropriate care when handling a knife and keep knives safely stored away from children and unauthorized users.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ERYX Blades is not responsible for injury, loss, or damage resulting from misuse, unlawful use, unauthorized modification, or failure to handle or maintain a product responsibly.

8. Intellectual Property

The ERYX Blades name, logos, product photography, website content, graphics, text, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to ERYX Blades and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, commercially use, or represent our intellectual property as your own without our prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ERYX Blades will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products.
